At Goth Land, operated by ARDENT CENSER LTD, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items returned outside the 30-day window, or that do not meet these conditions, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken or removed)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at clearance pricing
- Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@gothland.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label or address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
4. Exchanges
If an item doesn't fit right, we offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@gothland.shop to arrange an exchange. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged in transit), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gothland.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@gothland.shop. We can only cancel or amend orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to the standard return process above.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe stated above, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@gothland.shop.
10. International Returns
Customers outside the return shipping region we provide are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred, unless the return is due to our error.
